Bus
The Airport Coaches depart every 10-20 minutes from Arlanda Airport towards the City Terminal (located next to the Stockholm Central Station) or Liljeholmen (for stops at Karolinska Institutet/Hospital). Taxi
Taxi services are available outside all terminals at Arlanda. The price from the airport to Stockholm City is approx. 550 SEK. The following companies are reliable and should be able to offer a fixed price for the journey to Stockholm: Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir or Sverigetaxi. Please note that free price setting applies to taxi rides in Sweden since the taxi market is deregulated. other taxi companies/drivers may charge a much higher amount.

Local transportation
Public transportation is extensively available by bus or metro. Please note that you cannot purchase tickets on-board any buses or trains. We strongly recommend you download the app called SL Reseplanerare in advance of your trip to Stockholm. Using the app, you check time tables and buy tickets for the metro and buses within Stockholm. Alternatively, tickets can be bought at ticket machines at the metro stations or at all Pressbyrån-shops. Single journey tickets are 45 SEK and are valid for unlimited travel on both buses and metro for 75 minutes.
